Before you ask요청하기 전에

The order a space is usually made공간이 보통 만들어지는 순서
  1. Lease — check which works are allowed, how the space must be handed back, and the rent during the works임대 계약 — 공사할 수 있는 범위, 원상복구 조건, 공사 기간의 임대료를 먼저 확인하세요
  2. Design — the use and the look of the space, and its drawings디자인 — 공간의 쓰임과 분위기를 정하고 도면을 만듭니다
  3. Construction — demolition, services, electrics, finishes; usually the largest cost시공 — 철거, 설비, 전기, 마감. 보통 가장 큰 비용입니다
  4. Furniture and products — made pieces go with the works; order ready-made ones early가구·제품 — 제작 가구는 시공과 함께, 기성 제품은 일찍 주문하세요
  5. Styling — objects, plants and graphics to finish스타일링 — 소품, 식물, 그래픽으로 마무리합니다
  6. Photographs — taken before opening, for the launch and the record사진 — 문을 열기 전에 촬영하면 홍보와 기록에 씁니다
What to prepare before asking요청 전에 준비할 것
  • A budget range — design, works and furniture together, roughly예산 범위 — 디자인·시공·가구를 합친 대략의 금액
  • Timing — the month you would like to open or move in시기 — 열거나 입주하고 싶은 달
  • The size — in pyeong or m², with a plan if you have one크기 — 평이나 ㎡, 도면이 있으면 더 좋습니다
  • References — records, photographs and links you like참고 자료 — 마음에 드는 기록, 사진, 링크
