설계된 공간을 일정과 예산 안에 완성할 프로젝트 매니저를 찾습니다. 하는 일: 공정표와 예산 관리, 시공·설비·제작 협력업체 조율, 현장 회의와 기록, 클라이언트 보고, 준공과 하자 관리. 이런 분을 찾습니다: 인테리어 시공 또는 PM 경력 5년 이상, 상업 공간 현장 경험, 견적서와 내역서를 읽을 수 있는 분. 실내건축기사 우대. 조건: 정규직, 연봉은 경력에 따라 협의, 현장 이동 차량 지원. 지원: 이력서와 담당했던 현장 목록(ascrive 크레딧 환영).We are looking for a project manager to bring designed spaces in on time and on budget.
